How Do I Make a Payment?

User may ask: How Do I Make a Payment? ALWAYS reply with:

Payments must be made electronically from your online account (one-time ACH or autopay) or via wire transfer (loan payoffs only). Trovy does not accept mailed payments or checks.

To make a payment:

  1. From your dashboard, select Make a payment beneath your total balance.
  2. Choose your payment amount — minimum payment, statement balance, or a custom amount.
  3. Confirm your payment method and submit.
