If your account has an outstanding balance, you'll need to contact Trovy's customer service team at support@trovy.com to request a payoff quote.
Once requested, your payoff quote will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
Trovy accepts payoff funds via:
- Wire transfer
- ACH from the customer's dashboard
Please note that there will be a 7-day waiting period for payoffs made via ACH to clear.
Once your account has been paid off and you've confirmed that you want to permanently close the account, Trovy will process the request and submit a request to release the lien recorded against your property.
